William (Tony) Bartkoski, D.O.

Dr. Bartkoski resides in Seneca with his wife Becky and their four children - Will, Anna, Kate and Ella. They have two dogs.

He received his medical education from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. He did his internship at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita where he also did his residency.

Dr. Bartkoski's hobbies include spending time with the family, hunting, fishing and golf. His favorite sports teams include the Kansas City Royals and KU Jayhawks.

He belongs to the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support Obstetrics.

 


 

Angela Stueve, M.D.

Dr. Stueve resides in Seneca with her husband Terry and their two children, Miles and Jillian.

She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Washburn University graduating Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor society. 

She completed her residency at the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency program in Salina, KS.  She is board certified in Family Medicine.  Additional certifications include: Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and NRP.

Her hobbies include reading, crocheting and spending time with her family.

 

 

 

Jarod Snyder, M.D.

Dr. Snyder is a 2003 graduate of Sabetha High School and attended Washburn University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree.  He attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine graduating in 2012. He completed his family medicine residency at Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency in June 2015.

He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

Dr. Snyder and his wife Ashley have three daughters: Bailey, Tatum and Jentry.

His interests outside of his family include his faith, family and a passion for all things sport.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and investing time in his girls and helping on the family farm.

 

   

Heather Cooper, D.O. 

Dr. Cooper grew up in Wahoo, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and attended the medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.  She became chief resident at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita.

She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

Dr. Cooper, her son Adrian and daughter Kelsey are excited to be a part of the Seneca community. She enjoys doing things with her family and friends, going to movies and relaxing.

 

 

 

 

Lori Lueger, APRN 

Lori Lueger and her husband, Justin, reside in Seneca along with their son, Eli. Justin is employed at Invisor Financial in Seneca.

Lori loves spending time with her husband and son and being with family and friends. She also enjoys reading, especially about history. Her favorite sports team is the KU Jayhawks. Rock Chalk!

She completed her nursing degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She practiced as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care for six years before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Lori maintains board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

 

 

  

Sheri Wessel, PA 

Sheri Wessel resides in Sabetha with her husband Darron and two daughters, Camryn and Ellie.  She has three daughters Ashely, Ali, and Alaina who have all graduated.  She has three grandchildren.
 
She attended Peru State College, Peru, NE for undergraduate studies before graduating from the Physician Assistant program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 1994.  She has been in full time practice since then in family medicine and ER.
 
She enjoys spending time with her her family, flower gardening and crafts, including quilting. She has a passion for health and fitness. Her husband Darron works as a Nemaha County Sheriff's Deputy and is their K-9 officer.
 
Ms. Wessel maintains a NCCPA certification and is a member for the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants.  She maintains certifications in Advance Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP and ABLS.
