Our Physicians

William (Tony) Bartkoski, D.O.

Dr. Bartkoski resides in Seneca with his wife Becky and their four children – Will, Anna, Kate and Ella. They have two dogs.

He received his medical education from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. He did his internship at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita where he also did his residency.

He belongs to the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support Obstetrics.

Dr. Bartkoski’s hobbies include spending time with the family, hunting, fishing and golf. His favorite sports teams include the Kansas City Royals and KU Jayhawks.

Heather Myers, D.O.

Dr. Myers grew up in Wahoo, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and attended the medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.  She became chief resident at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita.

She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

Dr. Myers, her son Adrian and daughter Kelsey enjoy being part of the Seneca community. She enjoys doing things with her family and friends, going to movies and relaxing.

Jarod Snyder, M.D.

Dr. Snyder is a 2003 graduate of Sabetha High School and attended Washburn University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree.  He attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine graduating in 2012. He completed his family medicine residency at Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency in June 2015.

Dr. Snyder and his wife Ashley live in Seneca and have three daughters; Bailey, Tatum and Jentry and a son, Silas.

He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

His interests outside of his family include his faith, family and a passion for all things sport.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and investing time in his family and helping on the family farm.

Lori Lueger, APRN

Lori Lueger and her husband, Justin, reside in Seneca along with their son, Eli and daughter, Ava. Justin is employed at Invisor Financial in Seneca.

Lori completed her nursing degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She practiced as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care for six years before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Lori maintains board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

She loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, especially about history. Her favorite sports team is the KU Jayhawks. Rock Chalk!

Erica Winkler, APRN

Erica Winkler, APRN-C grew up in South Central Kansas and now resides in Seneca with her husband, Shawn and two ornery boys, Owen & Brody and their lab Goose. 

Erica completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pittsburg State University. After practicing nearly seven years as a level one trauma nurse, Erica competed her Masters of Science in Nursing from Maryville University.  Erica maintains board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Aside from her medical background, she enjoys going to the lake, ski trips, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Erica is excited to be part of the amazing healthcare team and providing you and your family with the best care possible.

Sheri Wessel, PA

Sheri Wessel resides in Sabetha with her husband Darron. She has five daughters and three grandchildren.

She attended Peru State College, Peru, NE for undergraduate studies before graduating from the Physician Assistant program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in 1994.  She has been in full time practice since then in family medicine and ER.

Ms. Wessel maintains a NCCPA certification and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants.  She maintains certifications in Advance Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and ABLS.

She enjoys spending time with her family, flower gardening and crafts, including quilting. She has a passion for health and fitness. Her husband Darron works as a Nemaha County Sheriff’s Deputy and is their K-9 officer.
